word of Mouth advertising (WOMM). Isn’t this truely the unique social media platform? I grew up with the famous Faberge commercial that showed a woman who “told 2 buddies” about the product and the way “they told 2 pals and so on and so forth”. Hasn’t WOMM constantly been a powerful manner to persuade business effects?
If customers price word of mouth and marketers trust it’s far effective, then why aren’t marketers more targeted on it?
